The meaning of life is not simply to exist, to survive. But to move forward, to achieve, to conquer. I have worked within the fitness industry for over 10 years in a variety of coaching, teaching and instructional roles. During this time I have helped people ranging from beginners to semi professional athletes achieve their personal fitness and wellbeing goals. I believe that in life you only get out what you put in and it is this philosophy that I abide by when training my clients. My sessions are structured, progressive and periodised and ensure that you are able to consistently better yourself and improve your quality of life. My sessions involve high intensity resistance based circuits which will build muscle, burn fat and trim down your waistline. I am an experienced endurance event competitor and my dedication and motivation towards fitness runs into my training sessions. I am also highly experienced in self defence (notably Krav Maga) and Boxing training.
